My role
Sole developer, freelance (2026). I built the Next.js application, with API routes for authentication, cart and checkout, the product catalogue and order management. I also owned delivery end to end: the VPS, Docker, GitHub Actions CI/CD, Cloudflare DNS and TLS, and Zoho transactional mail.
The site
The storefront for Monsoon Coffee Co., a small-batch roaster sourcing coffees from farms in India. Visitors browse the current stash of single-origin lots, open a lot for its process and tasting notes, and shop with an account and a cart. Prices are shown in rupees for visitors in India.
What’s on it
- Current stash: each lot gets its own card with origin, process and price.
- The roastery: pages on sourcing, the lab’s cupping process and the roaster itself.
- Accounts and cart: login, registration and a persistent cart.
- Newsletter: sign-up for new drops.
